Teaching in Salcedo Village
A lot of the units in Salcedo are on the compact side. Two metres of clear floor is genuinely all we need. I've taught full lessons in studios where we just moved a coffee table. Don't rule it out because the space feels small. On weekdays Salcedo runs on office hours, with residential towers like Salcedo Park and Classica Tower along H.V. dela Costa and offices like Antel 2000 on Valero. On Saturday the village turns toward Jaime Velasquez Park, where the market runs from early morning.
Legaspi Village, the other office village, keeps its market on Sunday rather than Saturday, and I teach lessons in Legaspi Village units too. Most of the poses I start beginners with need no more floor than the mat itself.

Questions about lessons in Salcedo Village
My Salcedo unit is small. Is it big enough?
Almost certainly. Two metres of clear floor is genuinely all we need, and I have taught full lessons in Salcedo studios where we moved one coffee table and that was the whole preparation. Do not rule yourself out on square metres before asking.
Can you teach around the Saturday market?
Yes. Saturday mornings in Salcedo book out first, usually early enough that you are finished before the market fills Jaime Velasquez Park. Tell me at the start of the week if you want that slot.
Which Salcedo buildings do you visit?
Salcedo Park, One Salcedo Place, The Alexandra, Antel 2000 and Classica Tower, among others. Most of Leviste and Tordesillas is a short walk for me either way.
Can a yoga teacher come to my condo in Salcedo Village?
Yes. I teach in your unit, or in your building's gym or function room if the admin allows a guest there. Whether you are in a tower on H.V. dela Costa or a smaller building near the park, register me at the lobby and I bring the mats, blocks and straps.
Can you teach me at my office in Salcedo before work?
Yes, if your building lets you book a meeting room or a quiet corner for an hour and a half. A lesson before the working day is practical here because so many people live and work inside the village. Tell me when your day starts and I will tell you what I can offer.
