Salcedo is dense with older, well-built condos and a lot of people who work five minutes away — which makes an early-morning session genuinely practical here in a way it isn't everywhere in Manila.

My Salcedo unit is small. Is it big enough?
Almost certainly. Two metres of clear floor is genuinely all we need, and I have taught full sessions in Salcedo studios where we moved one coffee table and that was the whole preparation. Do not rule yourself out on square metres before asking.
Can you teach around the Saturday market?
Yes. Saturday mornings in Salcedo book out first, usually early enough that you are finished before the market fills Jaime Velasquez Park. Tell me at the start of the week if you want that slot.
Which Salcedo buildings do you visit?
Salcedo Park, One Salcedo Place, The Alexandra, Antel 2000 and Classica Tower, among others. Most of Leviste and Tordesillas is a short walk for me either way.
