Alabang has business districts of its own, so a team in the south does not have to cross the metro to have a class. Filinvest City holds the Northgate Cyberzone IT park and its office towers, and Madrigal Business Park, along Alabang-Zapote Road near Ayala Alabang, is home to corporate and BPO offices. If your office has a training room or function room, a proper floor class is realistic rather than a squeeze.
A lunchtime class of 45 to 60 minutes is a good first booking for an Alabang office, held in a training room or a function room in the building. Desk-side yoga of 30 minutes works for teams who cannot step away. The Yin class suits a group coming out of a demanding stretch. For a planning day or a team offsite in the south, a yoga and sound healing wellness day can open or close the programme; tell me the venue and I will plan around it. Every class for an Alabang team is quoted on inquiry once I know the room, the headcount and the date. Yes, both are on my list for corporate classes. Put the building and the preferred dates in the inquiry form, and I will confirm what I can do and send a quote.
Does our Alabang team need its own mats?
Only for floor classes; the desk-side class needs none. Tell me in the inquiry whether your team has mats, and we agree how mats are covered before the class is confirmed.
Where in an Alabang office can we hold the class?
A training room, a function room or a quiet lawn or covered terrace if your building has one and the weather allows. The floor should be flat and clear enough for everyone to lie down. Send photos and I will tell you what works.
How many people can join an Alabang team class?
The space decides. Share your headcount and the room, and I will suggest one class, two in a row, or a desk-side format so the whole team can take part without crowding.
How is a corporate class in Muntinlupa billed?
Each class is quoted on inquiry. Tell me what your finance team needs from a supplier, including the billing name and payment terms, and I will confirm what I can provide before the date is fixed.
Can part of the team join online, and what happens after we send the form?
Yes, I also teach online, so staff at other sites can join. The form on this page asks for company, headcount, location, format and dates, then opens Viber with them copied, or you can email. I reply with questions about the room and group, then a quote.
